At Joybean, we aim to provide our customers with quality products. Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Refunds will only be processed after the product is returned and inspected by the Seller. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days once the product is verified.

Please avoid sending back any used footwear or products. Any used items returned will be considered invalid, and the Buyer will bear the cost of both the return and reshipping.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, you can place a new order for the desired product and initiate a return request for the original product.
Do I Need to Return a Free Gift When Returning a Product?
Yes. If a free gift was included as part of your order, it must be returned along with the original product.
Can I Return Part of My Order?
Yes, you can return individual items from your order. If you ordered multiple products, you can initiate a return for some or all items.
Can I Cancel My Order?
You may cancel your order only before the product has been dispatched. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
Claim Policy
